How it originated. Ha re Thusaneng means "to help each other".
Twenty young adults were trained at Matjhabeng House of Prayer to become youth workers at schools and in their churches at the end of 2006. At the beginning of 2007 nine of these youth workers were placed in local schools. Through the youth workers, we as intercessors were exposed to the overwhelming needs of the schools and started a feeding scheme for 80 learners of the over 400 orphans at Thotagauta High school which has a capacity of 1,300 learners. |

This project began as result of the concerns regarding the worldwide economic meltdown at the end of 2008. We felt that it was imperative that we support the business people in our city. Our first meeting took place on 14 November 2008 and was attended by 14 businessmen and woman. It was resolved that we would pray for businesses on a regular basis. Five businesses were covered last year . The prayer events were well attended by the other business people and eventually they were praying for and supporting each other. We had the privilege of dedicating a new business to the Lord during this time. |
